What Are We Offering?
Why are we doing this?
Mickey and I have been working together for decades now! We’ve been married for over 20 years and in each other’s lives for almost 30 years. We have traveled, studied, worked, practiced yoga and meditation, run businesses, and raised our two children together. We like being and doing things together. The love and joy of being together are the seeds from which this current offering was conceived.
I have been teaching yoga since 2002 and practicing since 1998. I have over 450 hrs in formal yoga teacher training. Mickey has been chefing and in the hospitality business for 40 years, with a BA in Hotel Restaurant Management and a culinary degree in Classic French Culinary Arts from CCA in San Francisco, CA.
We are both entrepreneurs who feel grateful to be in a time and space where we have the privilege of giving back. We have been living with the mantra Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu (May all beings be happy and free and may our lives help make that so in the world) which has led us to this next chapter in life. With our efforts to raise the level of health in the world, we are gathering the meaning of this mantra to make a NEW offering! Our goal is to joyfully use our skills in NEW and exciting ways to help raise the level of health with love-infused food recipes and meditations.
